At Kinder City, we look at child care differently. With a colourful range of modern facilities, our priority is your child’s happiness. We aim to keep your mind at ease for whatever length of time your littles ones are over to play. Mentally and physically, when your child is with our professionally trained staff, they will be fully engaged and interacting with Kinder City.
… Kinder City is not just any old day-care centre. We have created a unique environment that welcomes all children with friendly open arms. This is a place where littles ones can make new friends and develop their social skills, learning and playing together.

We are open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday for 50 weeks a year.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £15.75 per morning

At Kinder City we put the family first and make it easy for them to join us. We do not take deposits or make parents sign long term contracts. We keep it simple, parents pay for the times they use, and we are truly flexible with the days and hours we offer, if you go on holiday and notify us we will not charge you and your child will still keep their place.

My son attended Kinder City for 2 years, they have been excellent throughout the period my son was there. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

This nursery is not only Excellent , it is outstanding. My son had speech delay which I wasn't aware of. The staff who took care of him upstairs, were very quick to pick this up. They really took good care of him.
Read books to him. Communicated with him on a 121 basis. Helped him with his speech,and sounds My son has learnt so much. And is progressing really well, thank you Sadia and the Team.

Thank you so much Razia, our staff are well trained to support children with needs and we are very pleased with the progress your child is making.
My twin boys were one of the first babies to attend this nursery. They were less than a year old and still crawling and since it was under new management we were the only babies there. My twins grew up in that nursery and I have seen it flourish.
My 3rd son also attended from 1 years old until he left and now my fourth child is on his last year until he goes to reception.
Since it re-opened (under new management) i have seen this nursery evolve and become more digital savvy to fit in line with the ever evolving world of technology. I now dont need to ask how my son was or what he has been doing, I can see all this at a tap of a few buttons on my phone.
I've never had a problem with this setting and the staff have always been wonderful and professional at all times!

Six years ago when we first opened you were one of our first families, it's been a pleasure having your children at the nursery. We will strive to continue offering your children high quality care and learning. We are glad to know you are finding the new app very useful.
It's been over a month since we decided to send our child to Kinder City since moving to Luton from London. We had a really good and positive experience so far, particularly:
1. Friendly and helpful staff
2. The communication app is amazing, where I can see the things my child has been making or activities he has taken part in
3. He really enjoys his breakfast, snacks and lunches
4. Fees are reasonable too
Overall, as a parent, I feel at ease that my child is being looked after well by professional and caring staff.

Thank you for the positive feedback, your child is settling in really well and has made many new friends. The app is great, please continue using it daily to track progress and to communicate directly with the key-workers.
My son attended nursery for 3 years, the staff are caring and very helpful. My son learned so much here. I would recommend this nursery.

I was really impressed by the standards at Kinder City. It was very child orientated with lots of friendly staff on hand to answer any questions. It shows that the establishment have invested a lot of time and money to make this a safe and fun environment for children to play and learn.

No communication, constant excuses that it's due to not using an app. Would never tell you what your child has eaten as no handover given between staff. Some of the staff are rude and obnoxious.. My child also came home red raw after his first day as they had left him covered in mess in his nappy.
Unfortunately the good staff there are highly overrun by the rude ones

Clearly, this is a malicious review, which is fine.
We know we are a very good nursery with qualified and highly experienced staff. Our communication with parents is excellent using UK’s #1 nursery mobile app, parents can message us, access their invoices, check their child’s development, sleep times, etc. The feedback from parents has been really positive and they are loving it.
We have a 5-star food hygiene rating every year since 2015 and are really proud of our cook that maintains the kitchen and cooks fresh meals daily for our children.
Currently, we have 130+ families that are really happy using our nursery and we will continue working hard to offer them high-quality childcare and play.
