About Me
Hi my name is Vicky, Im an ofsted registered childminder in Sittingbourne with over 10 years experience.
I live with my partner, our 9 year old daughter and our 2 cats.
I have been brought up around children my whole life as my mum used to be a childminder for 30+ years.
Before I moved to Sittingbourne we worked together.
I have a playroom full of different toys for different age groups, I have a kitchen diner where children will eat there meals.
I have games, crafts, educational toys, a big size garden with lots of toys to play with.
I teach children to be kind to one another, to share, treat people animals and toys with respect.
children that i have had in my care have been so happy, some don't want to leave in the evening.
I drop off and pick up from South Avenue Primary school .
My Experience
Health and social care course
NVQ Level 2 in childcare learning and development
CACHE level 3 diploma in home base childcare
First aid, This is done every 3 years.
An introduction to child sexual exploitation.
I have also done a few other courses on safeguarding.

My Availability
My working hours are 7.30am - 5.30pm if you require times before or after my hours please feel free to discuss with me as I might be able to help. I do school drop offs and pick ups from South Avenue Primary school.

Hours on top of funding hours are £6 per hour

Toke my son to vickys when 6 months old for two months there he lreant alot how to engage with animals also there he lreant to sit up on his own was a nice place for him to be looked after. Hopefully as he gets older I can take him back to be looked after again.

I was recommend Vicky as a minder any day.
My son had an excellent time with her from aged: 7 months to 9 months. She knows about child safety and the Development of a child as well as she has experience from her own child.

I will definitely use you again if needs be.

Vicky only child minded my son for a short period of time but in this time, my son gained so much confidence and every day would look forward to seeing vicky and Charlotte! I thank you so much & if I hadn’t of moved away from the area I sure would be back with my newest addition Baby Leo.

What I like most about Vicky and her setting is the homely setting and calm environment she provides. My little one settled in really quickly which was such a relieve. Even when my little one had her grumpy days Vicky was confident and calm which is really helpful for a first time mom.
Also Vicky is very understanding and will endeavour to meet your needs appropriately.

I loved the family feel at Vickys, Chloe did not get on in a nursery setting but at Vickys she settled really quickly and loved all the other family members around her too. She's grown in confidence in Vicky's setting and I thank Vicky for everything she's done for Chloe. Thank you!

I am really happy with Vicky. She is kind and patient. My son doesn't speak English but she is helping him to get used to with everything new for him. I recommend her with both hands.

For me, child safety is the most important. As I see, Vicky provides enough safety to my child. And her mother is also a child minder who can be a backup if there is any emergency.
It is the first time to get a childminders for my daughter. So it is hard to compare her with other childminders. But anyway she is quite good childminder.
