About Me
I'm a PhD psychology student based in London with years of childcare experience looking for some babysitting/tutoring work alongside my studies. I'm reliable, warm, calm and patient, very happy to get involved with play, activities and homework (or formal tutoring if you are also looking for that), I'm also creative, love cooking and keep things clean and tidy.
My Experience
I have babysat children of multiple ages and needs (ages 0-14 years) for the past 10 years on and off alongside studies and in-between jobs. This has varied from after-school care (dinner and homework help), weekend babysitting, overnight babysitting, looking after multiple and children (3 children aged 8 months to 9 years). In my experience I have cared for children with limited-to-no English, children with learning disabilities or special needs, children with allergies and children who struggle with separation anxiety so I understand the range of needs some children may have. I also love animals so happy with pets and furry friends!
I have several years of tutoring experience in Science, Maths and English (GCSE level and below). All my experience is listed in my uploaded tutoring CV. If you are interested in tutoring please let me know to discuss (prices vary on level)!
My Qualifications
BSc and MSc in Psychology. Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid qualified.
I did the International Baccalaureate in which I got 37 points including 6 (equivalent A at A-level) in Biology, Geography and English Literature at Higher Level. A* IGCSE in French, English Language, English Literature, Biology, Geography, Art and Design and A in Chemistry, Physics and Maths.
My Availability
My schedule is normally flexible but there will be periods where I will be away for research and conference activities.
