About Me
I am a happy, friendly and chatty person who likes to provide fun for children including creative play, I enjoy dancing, colouring and stories and will happily play games with children and help with homework where possible, I like to think that I make the families and their children feel safe and happy and confident to be left in my care, I can have the patience of a saint, I know how difficult having children can be, so I am empathetic and understanding of children and their families individual needs.
My Experience
I have worked within nurseries for many years and have lots of experience with children including children with SEN, I have worked with all ages and have 2 children of my own, I have worked for a variety of families providing regular babysitting and also over night care as respite for a family with a son with SEN
My Qualifications
I am fully qualified in level 3 childcare with an EYFS teaching level 4 qualification and also lots of SEN qualifications, experience and understanding, I have worked within childcare for 17 years, I am fully first aid trained including Epi pens, with full DBS checks, safeguarding training, basic Makaton and other forms of communication, i am currently going through the process to be a registered childminder so parents can access the funding from September 2024, I’m still qualified to offer childminding whilst this is going on
My Availability
I am available to provide care during the day alongside my own child (1yr) and also babysitting at evenings and weekends, I can be flexible if I have notice and could possibly do before/after school care occasionally if you’re child attends the same school as my son

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
For babysitting and overnight stay £10ph, happy to discuss and be flexible, especially on before/after school and last minute arrangements, cash on the day
