Joy looked after our son from 10 months old until he started nursery at the age of 3.

We were extremely happy with the care our son received and we were thrilled at how quickly he settled in with Joy, which made the process of returning to work far easier! He was loved, cared for & accepted as if he were a part of her own family.

Joy provides a wide range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise, (sometimes walking miles each day!) and visiting local toddler groups. Our son had great fun playing with the toys available at her home and with the other children in her care.

It was very reassuring to see his daily diary, to receive emails, texts, photos and videos each day. From this, we had a complete picture of his whole day including what he had eaten, how long he had slept and all his activities, etc. This helped us to feel involved and enable us to talk with him about his day.

All in all, we are thoroughly happy with the level of care our son has received and we're certain that being in such a positive and happy environment has helped him to develop into a confident and self assured little boy.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Joy to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, reliable childminder. I will certainly be enquiring about a place for our second son when I return to work later in 2014.
