About Me
Hello my name is Caz (Carole). I have been Childminding for the past 24 years and still enjoy every moment. I have moved into Hanley Swan recently and looking to build up my childcare business again in a new area. I was awarded outstanding by Ofsted at my last inspection and currently hold a Level 4 Early Years Practitioner.
As well as childminding experience I am also a Mother of 5 wonderful children ranging from 24 years to 6 years.
In my setting I offer a fun, caring atmosphere with day to day routines. A typical day consist of breakfast, then out for a fresh air, which could be the local park, Library, Play centre, ect. I am always open to any new ideas and encourage parent’s suggestions.
The children have a balanced, nutritious diet with fruit and veg incorporated with their meals.
I offer a stimulating environment that will help build on the children’s self-worth and self-esteem.
My Experience
My experience is level 4 childcare foundation degree,
I enjoy planning the children's week, working on the children's individual needs and interests which build on the child's self-esteem and self-worth.
