About Me
Hello,
I am a Ofsted Registered childminder, graded Good recently, living in Chesham, 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the local tube station, very popular with the parents working in London. I live with my husband and my 12 year old son and 2 maltese puppies
I have a lovely home and a large garden for children to play and explore and a lot of garden toys. I also have toys and technology equipment for children all ages.
I plan activities on daily basis to meet the needs of individual child. I take children to the park, play groups and the local library. On holidays we take lots of trips to explore the local attractions and learn new things every day.
Activity we will do at home include
Painting
Baking
Reading
Dressing up
And following the early years foundation.
I observe the children on a regular basis and use whatsup and other documents to share the children's developments with parents.
I am a fun, creative and energetic person who loves working with children. I am trustworthy and like to know that parents are completely happy with the service I provide and the high standard of care i give to all children. I have references available and would be more than happy to provide them.
I am also a Forest School Provider and in the process of becoming a "Curiosity Approach" accredited setting

My Experience
I have been working with children from as young as 6 months to 11 years for the past 14 years whilst regularly attending Childcare courses and updating current policies and procedures to ensure to continuous care, safety and progress with the children's development is maintained and the children are understood and gain confidence whilst growing.

My Availability
I understand that parents may work during the night, have odd hours, or work weekends. Even though I operate mainly Monday to Friday between 7.30 am-5 pm, I will try to accommodate and welcome all who need childcare, regardless the time.

Emergency childcare for instance if a parent is unwell or has a last minute commitment/doctor appt, etc

I have been using Niki since September last year and I have been so pleased with the quality of service she has provided. She has looked after my little girl who absolutely adores her, she is someone who I completely trust to keep my child happy, safe, fed and well looked after. I wouldn’t leave my child with anybody and when I was on the search for someone to leave my daughter with I wanted someone who I knew would look after her as well as me. I can not recommend her enough, this is the type of person you want to leave your children with and be reassured that whilst in her care you can relax and know that they’re with someone who is truly more than capable and someone who truly cares about your babies. We all love Niki and are so pleased to have found her, like I said I do not have anything but positive words to say about Niki and the work she does!!

We  absolutely love Niki, my son who starts with Niki from 7 months old.
She look after child very well in a warm environment, my son feel loved and he always walk himself to Niki house.
Niki pay a lot of effort to take kids out to explore, which really helpful to stimulate on kids learning while parents are at work.
I found a lot of good habits been build on my son, I believed Niki create a safe and healthy environment for kids to explore and learn everyday with all other child.

Niki has been looking after my baby since April when I went back to work. She made what was a daunting time so much easier. My son adores her and she has helped him progress with weaning and his speech. We have great communication from her during the day which put our minds at rest. Niki is kind, caring and so loving with the children, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Niki has been looking after my daughter since February, and she’s so happy with Niki. She looks forward to going to her house and has such a great time.
When looking for a childminder Niki immediately made me comfortable and confident. She creates a home from home.
I’m so pleased I found her and can’t recommend her enough.

Niki has been a godsend for our two boys ever since she first started looking after our oldest son nearly four years ago. She so clearly loves children and has bent over backwards to help our family over the years. We stayed with her even when we moved to the other side of town. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Niki has looked after our boys for the last 3 years and we absolutely love her! She is so kind and always willing to help us. The boys absolutely love her and have always enjoyed going to hers after school or during the holidays, it’s their second home!
