Since 2017, I have specialised in postnatal care, offering tailored support to mothers and newborns during this critical time. My expertise includes sleep training, guiding mothers through breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, and establishing gentle and effective newborn routines to ensure a smooth adjustment for the entire family. I provide flexible maternity nursing services, including 24-hour care for 4-6 days a week or overnight shifts from 8 PM to 7 AM.
I attended my Doula training with Nurturing Birth to enhance the support I offer families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I assist with personalised birth plans, share evidence-
based information, and prepare families with relaxation techniques and labour strategies. During birth, I provide emotional support, non-medical pain relief, and advocate for the birthing person’s preferences.
After birth, I continue supporting emotional well-being, newborn care, breastfeeding, and help families adjust with confidence.
My Experience
Started working in childcare since I was 14, graduated in 2012 and moved to United States and started Nanning. Moved back to Europe in 2015 and kept working and live-in and live-out nanny until 2018. Then I transitioned to Post natal care became a qualified Maternity nurse.
Since then I been traveling the world through my work and kept working with new born babies and toddlers.
