About Me
Hello! My name is Sophie. I'm 29 years old, I have worked in childcare for 11 years. I am a qualified Primary School Teacher, having qualified in 2022. I am currently teaching in a Reception class, which I enjoy very much! I also have a degree in Early Years with first class honours.
I am seeking temporary nanny positions and babysitting vacancies outside of school hours. This includes evenings, occasional weekends, and school holidays. I also am looking for tutoring positions at primary level, including 11+ support. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, paddle boarding, running, and spending time with friends. My Experience
I have experience working with children aged 2 to 14, however open to work with other ages. I have had previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, and Deputy Team Leader at an after school and holiday club. I have also had previous Nanny experience and spent a summer working in America at a kids summer camp.
My Qualifications
I have achieved a Childcare and Education Level 3 CACHE Diploma. I also am Paediatric First Aid trained and have carried out Safeguarding training. In 2021 I achieved a first class degree in Early Years. In 2022 I achieved my Qualified Teacher Status with PGCE.
