Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.
I am a qualified level 3 childcare professional who is reliable, kind, trustworthy and hardworking.
I am currently employed as a Nanny for a family who have a 2 1/2 year old boy and they are expecting another baby this year.
The family will be relocating in mid Feb so I am looking for a new part time nanny position for 2-3 days a week, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Due to my commitments with my daughter each week, I cannot commit to regular work on Tuesdays and Fridays, however there may be some movement here and there when booked in advance on a ad-hoc basis.
My daughter is 3 years old and we’re planning on homeschooling her, therefore she’s not in a nursery and has been coming into work with me since she was 6 weeks old. It’s been fantastic for her learning, development and social skills as-well as for the little ones I’ve been taking care of past and present. I have previously worked for 2 other families prior to this current family where my daughter has come to work with me. The ages of children that I have cared for has varied from 3 newborn to 9 years old. Previous duties included school drop off and pick up and daily activities and groups with the younger ones. My daughter is so confident and adaptable and enjoys meeting new people!
Therefore I am looking for a family who would be happy to allow for me to bring my daughter with me.
If regular days right now aren’t available then I am happy to help out with some ad-hoc work here and there to fill in some gaps where needed until the right position comes along.
I am also currently studying to become a free birth doula, which involves things like hypnobirthing and natural medicine/remedies.

I own my own car.
I have an updated basic and enhanced DBS certificate.

My Experience
4+ years experience working in a private pre-school nursery looking after 2-5 year olds.
6+ years experience working as a private nanny for a total of 4 families (children were aged from newborn up to 9 years old)
I am also a regular babysitter for a number of families who I have babysat for, for many years. Ages vary from newborn to 10+ years old.
I have some SEN training and experience
Trained in the Froebelian approach
I have newborn and potty training experience
