About Me
I have been teaching for over fourteen years and have worked in every year group in Primary school. I enjoy teaching maths and English and like to draw on my performance background to keep sessions fun, creative and interesting as well as educational. I am forty-three years old and have two children of my own, and so understand how important a child's education is to a parent. I have tutored in person and using Zoom. I currently have some availability on the weekends and in the evenings.
My Experience
I have worked as a teacher in primary schools for over fourteen years and have taught in every year group from Early Years through to Year Six. Over the years I have held the responsibilities of Computing Coordinator and Maths Leader. While working as a teacher, I have tutored students after school in maths and English ensuring that they made good progress. I have also taught drama and English in Italy and am happy to provide vocal and acting coaching.
My Qualifications
PGCE from Brunel University
2.1 Hons B.A Music Theatre from Guildford School of Acting (now part of University of Surrey).
My Availability
