About Me
I introduce myself as a 26 year-old Spanish girl from Madrid. Due to the lack of work opportunities related to education I had the determination to come to UK to improve my English as a second language and also to enrich myself with new job experiences. After spending the last year working as a waitress in The Lake District, I have currently decided to look for jobs related with my studies and vocation.
My Experience
Alongside the periods of internship and work experience, I have been able to work with wide groups of people from all backgrounds. In regards to infants and children, I have been in a nursery of 0-5 years, taking care of children at a particular level with all kinds of specific needs, as well as an instructor in school-farms. As for other needs, I have worked with minors and adults at risk of social exclusion, regarding areas such as immigration, mistreatment, drug addiction as well as working with inmates in a prison. All of this has added experience and cemented the related care and educative experience and goals I strive to achieve. Obviously you can transfer all of this to the informal field that is just living experiences with them in normalized contexts and routines.
My Qualifications
I'm from Spain so the matter is the difficulty about to get to know how is the equivalence with the English system. I studied Nursery (that means 2 years of studies after College) and after that I have got a Social Work Degree. I am currently trying to get the equivalences with the UK educational system.
My Availability
I would love to find a full time job where I can get a meaningful and strong relationship with the children. I'm available at any time at the moment. I would prefer to have Monday and Tuesday off but is not a requirement.
