I am 24 years old and have a clean DBS check as well as level 1 enhanced prison vetting . I have a Level 2 qualification in Children's Play, Learning and Development and Level 3 Health and Social Care. I studied Midwifery for 2 years at university, therefore also have a Certificate of Higher Education. I currently work in a prison as a substance misuse practitioner.
My Experience
I have worked with children on and off for 8 years.
I have experience working with children aged between 0-4 years old as i have worked in three different nursery settings.
I also did a work placement in a local primary school with children in reception class, in which i gained further knowledge of the EYFS.
I am able to carry out fun activites for children of all ages. I also have knowledge and experience in making up bottles, feeding, nappy changing and keeping routines for children.
I have previously completed paediatric first aid qualifications, with the most recent being October 2022.
