My Experience
I have over 15 years experience in different childcare settings covering all age ranges. From babies to late teens. I firstly started my childcare career as senior support worker in schools. I have worked as a private nanny for a number of family's over the years and created some lasting friendships. l have also worked with looked after children in a managerial position for a number of years. Currently on DBS update service.
My Qualifications
Nvq level 2+3 childcare
Nvq level 3 in childcare management.
Safeguarding diversity & equality training behaviour management paediatric first aid and various other training which l update myself on annually.
My Availability
Normally l am pretty flexible with my work times including weekends should this be part of your working week.
Minimum 5 hour bookings only.

I have been using Sarah for babysitting for over a year now & she has been an absolute godsend. She is calm & caring & my boys always look forward to her coming. Sarah knows her stuff & I feel confident leaving my children in her care. When one of them became unwell in her care recently she handled it brilliantly & I’d struggle to find someone I’d trust as much to look after them.

I can honestly say it has been lovely watching the boys grow am happy that you feel relaxed and confident whilst both your boys are in my care.
Sarah came to help provide care for our son when he was just over 3 months old - she has been with us until he’s 14 months and has been an absolute godsend! She is kind, caring and confident, and learnt very quickly about our baby and his routine. We had never left him with anyone else before and Sarah gave us confidence through her experience and knowledge of caring for families with children of all ages. She has provided various care patterns through her time with us from a few hours helping whilst my partner was ill in hospital, through to full days after my return to work, and the odd evening to allow us to go out to a wedding or event. I could not recommend her enough, and I hope to be able to keep in touch with her as my son loves her and she is very much part of our family! She would be an asset to any family needing childcare support.

We started to have Sarah to baby sit our first boy JL about 2 years old when he was 10 months old. Tbh JL has not been the easiest baby to look after, but Sarah took her time to settle in with him. She is caring, lovely and kind. We have been very happy with her. And 10 months ago, when our second son was born, she came to baby sit JL overnight in a very short notice while my wife and I went to the labour ward in the middle of the night. And no doubt we are very happy with Sarah to baby sit both boys afterwards. I highly recommend Sarah !! Professional, caring, kind, very flexible with her time. Unfortunately we have to move to Birmingham recently, or we would have kept Sarah as our baby sitter.

Thank you so much for your lovely review it was an absolute pleasure to work professionally with you and your wife in caring for your boys. I am so glad you felt happy and confident in my services. It was nice to see the boys develop they are a credit to you both.
We booked Sarah to look after our children aged 3 and 18 months for a Saturday evening and as this was the first time we had left them at home with a non family member I was nervous. But Sarah was calm and confident and even though my children had only met her once they were quite happy for her to go up and calm them when they woke.
So much so infact that my 3 yr old shouted for Sarah when she woke the next morning and was pretty disappointed when Daddy appeared much to our amusement! Will definitely ask her next time we need a night out!

Called Sarah last minute and she made it to help me out with two babies. She got stuck in straight away and managed them both extremely well, even the clingy baby who cries when he sees anyone! But he was so comfortable with her and I managed to get so much done and breathe a little! Thankyou so much...you have no idea what you have done for me today xxx
