Responsible for encouraging children to participate in homework and positive family routines.
To help the parent encourage the best of the children, for example reading, after school hobbies, tidying up, setting boundaries and morning-evening routines.

Sole charge care for 12-month-old boy, 25 hours per week – Born with cleft palate
Responsible for day to day care including introducing textures, tastes and encouraging a wider variety of foods to a pescatarian diet.
Taught to communicate via sign language, sound work and then speech.
Successfully introduced a healthy, consecutive sleeping pattern.
A confident and intelligent 2-year-old, always asking questions to progress knowledge. He was able to recognise the numbers 1-20, performed basic additions and subtractions, sang the alphabet, able to point at letters and use phonic sounds. Competent at swimming and capable of swimming unaided under the water.

Responsible for following the Gina Ford routine, which sets out structured routines for the child’s feeding and sleeping patterns.
The Gina Ford routine encourages children to quickly follow a healthy and content lifestyle which becomes useful for parents.
This routine was used to set boundaries that worked for the family.
Successively walking at 9-months and swimming at 1-year-old demonstrating a strong, healthy development.
