Amazing childminder service, I was very nervous about sending my little one to childcare when going back to work. But Lauren and Hannah have been great, I was so worried about her not wanting to go and getting upset when we left her but it was the complete opposite, my little one loves going here.
Since starting in October 2023 my little one has developed so much, both her speaking and day to day mannerisms have developed exceptionally. Lauren and Hannah both make it a priority to teach her new things and have created such a great bond with her, as well as making sure she has lots of fun. Hannah and Lauren make it a priority to offer educational and developmental aspects as well as a warm, fun and homely environment.
Lauren and Hannah make an incredible team and we would 1000% recommend for anyone looking for childcare!

Lauren & Hannah have looked after my little girl since she was 9 months old. They have given a home from home experience and my daughter has loved being with them. She goes on a variety of outings with them throughout the week and has developed well being around the other children of a variety of ages. Really pleased with the setting and support from both of them!

My son has been with Lauren and Hannah since he was 9 months old. He is now 2 and thriving! He absolutely loves going there every week.
They do daily activities and always go out to things like soft play and play groups which the children love. It’s also great that us grown ups get a daily update to see how they're getting on.
I highly recommend Lauren and Hannah. They are amazing!

Lauren and Hannah are fantastic and my son has really come on leaps and bounds with them. He learns lots and they do so many activities with the children. We get daily updates about what the children are doing and how they have been and progress meetings throughout the year. I would recommend Lauren and Hannah to anyone.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Lauren and Hannah caring for our little boy, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they are not only highly professional but also genuinely passionate about working with children.
They have created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our son feels at home. The daily activities are well thought out and cater to both educational development and fun, including a mix of indoor and outdoor play, creative crafts, and storytime.
Communication with Lauren and Hannah is great. We receive regular updates and photos, which reassure us that our son is happy.
Our little boy looks forward to his time there each day and has developed strong social skills and confidence. We wholeheartedly recommend Lauren and Hannah to any parent seeking a reliable, caring, and dedicated childminder.

My little one has been with Lauren & Hannah for nearly 3 years. He has grown so much and absolutely loves going to Lauren's. My review simply echoes everyone else's 5 star reviews. I simply would not leave my child with anyone else. He is seen as family there and I'd now like to think of Lauren & Hannah as apart of our own family too.
I thought I would do my review sightly different. Here is a review from an almost 4 year old ' I like the toys, we go to the park & soft play. Lauren always makes me my favourite lunch. She knows me'.

Lauren and Hannah are fantastic! They’ve looked after my little boy since he is 1 years old. It was a tricky time for me as I was returning to work as a first time mum but the ladies reasurred me so much. I’m truely grateful for everything they do. The daily feedback with pictures and videos are lovely and my son is so happy to go to ‘school’

Both of my children have been with Lauren since they were babies. Not only does she provide a safe and educational environment for them she also provides a happy one. My children adore Lauren and Hannah. My husband and I feel so lucky we are able to leave our children with someone like her. Knowing they are growing up around the lovely ways of Lauren’s is all you want as a parent.

So greatful for Lauren and Hannah and couldnt wish for any better to look after my girls who have been in their setting for coming up 3 hours. Lauren and Hannah are both friendly, trustworthy, honest and you can see through all they do they genuinely care and have love for the children they look after.
They have both been great with my girls especially my little one who suffers with anxieties and have shown patience and understanding for her and the little ways that she has.
The setting is a great set up which is always clean and inviting for the children, daily updates are great and both Lauren and Hannah are really easy to communicate with, i know whether my children are indoors with them or outside at a playgroup or for an activity they are in safe and loving hands whilst also learning new things everyday.

My first child was looked after by family, and I was reluctant to have anyone look after my second who wasn’t - but needs must. Lauren (and Hannah) came highly recommended by a friend; so I went to see her. Thank God I did! My little one is so happy there; he loves them like family and goes off with a big smile on his face on a ‘Lauren’ day!
Everything provided except nappies; daily updates (with photos) and the kids do things every day. The tasks laid out in the play room are engaging and educational and Lauren, Hannah and Lauren’s own kids treat my boy as one of their own.
I think nothing of asking for extra hours in the holidays, no guilt that he’s not enjoying himself!
Termly parent consultations enable us to consider what milestones he has met and the ladies support the children through to ensure they have to opportunity to thrive.
I couldn’t be happier!

Lauren and Hannah are an amazing team. My third daughter started with Lauren when she was only 2 months old and she adores them. Lauren is a second mum to my baby. Her daily updates, attention to details and all the cuddles she gives to all the kids make her the best childminder I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend her and Hannah

Lauren has looked after my son from 9 months old, and will continue to do so until he goes to primary school in 2023. My son enjoys his time with Lauren and has formed some lovely friendships with the children she looks after. As he has with Lauren too. I've always felt happy and confident to leave him with Lauren and know that he will be well looked after.
I really like that Lauren has a purpose-built/converted space within her home where the children spend the majority of their time. Whilst they also get some time in her garden to play and explore, and watch movies in the living room. Lauren also takes the children to local playgroups, parks and soft plays which my son has enjoyed over the years.
A bonus is that Lauren is very close to a school (Cranbourne primary). My son attends the nursery (in the mornings) at the school and Lauren is on hand for drop offs and picks up and takes care of him til early evening. Which, is super helpful for full-time working parents and means that my son has been able to experience "school" life before starting reception in 2023.
Lauren provides everything that you would hope for: Structure, age appropriate learning, opportunities to experience new things, fun, new friendships, a safe environment, hugs, the children are fed and looked after well.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren and i'll be sad when my son no longer has to go to hers.

I meet Lauren around 3 years ago. My older son started as little as 3 hours a week just to get socialized while I was pregnant with my little one. Lauren was so flexible and supportive from the beginning and my son loved to go to her place. Eventually he had 3 full days a week with her for 2 years and now she is looking after my little one and I could not been happier with her service. She is very well organized, always keeps me updated and well informed. Hannah, who she works with is also brilliant. They both very kind, there is always a happy atmosphere in their place. They have a proper plan for every day including the places they visit with the children, the food they eat and what activities they are doing. She has a lovely, recently redesigned garden so children can enjoy fresh air when the weather is nice and it is full of toys. Overall, as our family is being far away from us, Lauren is the person who I can always count on for a good advice or helping out with the kids if something comes up urgently, besides everyday childcare. I highly recommend her service.

Our two boys 5 and 3 have been with Lauren for almost 3 years. Our third boy, 6 months joined them this week. Lauren takes her role, health and safety really seriously and professionally but also genuinely cares about our boys. Not only this but Hannah who works with Lauren is equally amazing. They both go out of their way to make sure the children in their care are well looked after. Our boys love them both and look forward to the days they are with them. Lauren puts a lot of thought into the structure of their day and week and the setting is educational but also like a home for our boys. Lauren keeps us informed regularly and updates us whenever necessary throughout the day. Lauren is very organised and communicates with us with plenty of notice of any changes. This is not just a job for Lauren or Hannah, they genuinely love what they do and care about our boys. They are a lovely team and family and we couldn't ask for more.

I was first in contact with Lauren when friends were having my son and kept letting me down. Lauren has always been there to offer her support and advice even when my son wasn't yet in her care. Lauren has been looking after my 18 month old boy for over a month and Myself and my son couldn't be happier. Ryan loves playing in her large garden and with all the other children and I feel like he has come on leaps and bounds since being with Lauren and her family. As a single first time mum I have seeked advice from Lauren on more than one occasion and she is always more then happy to help and has given some really great advice. She is flexible and fair which I have found hard to come by in the childminding world.
Lauren is well organised and has activities and meals planned for each day. She has also helped me to get Ryan into a routine and he now sleeps better at night. I really couldn't recommend her enough and she has made my life a lot less stressful!

Lauren has been looking after my two children Jayla 14 months and jaiden two years old now for couple months. Lauren's super friendly & looks after the children on a weekly basis. She's always doing lots of fun activities with the children. She also has a helper Hannah that works along side her making sure all the children have the attention and love they need. I can recommend her enough.

My son Jamie has been in Lauren's care for 3 months now and he loves every minute of it. Lauren has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care by creating a walm welcoming environment that feels safe and secure. She is always very kind, calm and patient with Jamie and I’ve been impressed by the variety of toys they have available and you can see that lauren has spent a long time in planning what sort of activities she puts out. She helps support Jamie's early years development by creating activities that she knows are going to stimulate him and meet his need to help master new skills. I’ve really seen Jamie's progress change since he's spent time with Lauren and the other children in her care. He's learned more words even saying ‘thank you’, has started to draw and play nicely with others. While he's pleased to see me at the end of the day he's never desperate to go home and always arrives at lauren's with a smile and excited to go in and play. When I’ve been at dinner times the food has looked and smelt very tasty. I’ve always felt very comfortable to ask questions about Jamie and his day. I feel so happy and know I made absolutely the right choice. Thank you Lauren xx

My daughter has been with Lauren for nearly three months now. Lauren has made the whole process of settling her in so easy for me. My daughter was very clingy and never settled with her previous carer, but with Lauren I know she's so much happier. She made visits to my home to get to know Freya and we met several times for tea to help Freya settle. I have seen a huge difference in Freya's development with Lauren and she is always doing different activities and groups with her. Freya is always pleased to see Lauren which compounds even more how happy I know she is with her. I cannot praise and thank her enough as my anxiety about leaving her was through the roof and Lauren did everything to ease my worries and continues to .
