Charlotte has been the most wonderful childminder for our son, who adores her. He found the transition into childcare from home difficult at first, but Charlotte and her colleagues provided such a warm, loving, and fun environment for him, that he settled much more quickly than we could ever have hoped! Charlotte has treated him with such love, compassion and understanding - we can't thank her enough. She has played an important role helping him to become the confident little boy that he now is and he has built up a really strong bond with her and talks about her all the time.
