I have 6 years experience working in childcare, as a nanny. I’m confident caring for children of all ages and have worked with new borns up to 10 years old.
I am first aid trained and my DBS is up to date.
I also run 2 playgroups in Islington for children under 5 and help to run a children’s car event in Shoreditch!

My Experience
As stated above i have a lot of experience with a wide range of ages. I originally come from a family orientated background and as we are a big family I was always surrounded by newborns, toddlers and also teens. As being one of the eldest in the family I took the role of always baby sitting and looking after the younger siblings. This is when I realised I enjoyed the role of helping and enjoying the company of children.
My family members work in a school which helped me get regular baby sitting before becoming a nanny and helped me build up my references.
I also studied Childcare in collage which helped me understand child development and have knowledge about their well-being and understanding of the world as well as getting a lot of experience being around children in a working environment which made me want to pursue this career even more as I enjoyed it very much. I was placed in 3 different nursery’s for a long period of time, working with children of different age groups, the youngest being just months old to the eldest being 4.
My first nanny job was with a family of 4, Mother, Father, 2 girls, Aged 4, Aged 1 year. I started with this family at the ages of 3 and 6 weeks. I was a full time nanny, Monday- Friday 9-6pm to the youngest and on some days have the role of looking after both.
My second nanny job was with a Family of 2. Mother and 4 year old boy. I was an after school nanny 3-7pm term time and a full time nanny 7-7pm during school holidays.
My third nanny job I was 4 days a week. A family of 4. Mother, Father, 2 year old girl, 1 year old boy who are now 5 and 4 years old. I worked 8-6pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I still carry out regular baby sitting for this family.
Currently working 2 days for a family of 3. Mother, father, 2 year old boy.
Tuesday and Thursday 8-6pm.
