Avril is extremely professional, really reliable and most importantly my daughter loves spending time with her. She also makes efforts to teach Nancy which is evident when she comes home having learnt new words. She treats Nancy as if she is part of her own family. I’m so happy we found Avril. She is brilliant and thoroughly deserves to be crowned baby sitter of the year!
