My Summary

My Experience

While I was studying for my degree, I worked as a teaching assistant in different schools. I mainly worked as a 1:1 with children with special needs. Moreover, during my holidays I worked as an after-school nanny in London with a family of two children with an age range between 7-10 years. My duties were to pick them up from school, take them to extracurricular activities such as swimming, then go home, ensure they did their homework, and shower before the parents arrived home. However, I have also worked as a babysitter, I looked after a two years old baby girl in London as well. My routine with her was going to the library and attending the baby groups in the mornings, then going to the park, cooking her lunch and then putting her to take her nap. The main outcome the mother was looking for me to teach the baby some Spanish and help with her development. Currently, I am working with a toddler who is 2.5 years old, my duties are mainly to pick her up from nursery, go to the park, then go home give her a healthy snack and continue playing with her. Sometimes, I help with her four older brothers, making sure they play nicely, and safely, and ensure they shower before dinner.

My Qualifications

Finished my Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in Economics with Child and Family Health and Wellbeing.
