About Me
I am Lucinda. I offer outstanding 11 plus tuition for the 11+ Grammar exam. An expert in the 11+ requirements, your child will have the very best support through their entire exam preparation.
With 15+ years in education, I am passionate about providing nurturing tuition - helping my tutees to achieve their very best. I have taught in traditional school settings, virtual schools and internationally.
My tutoring classes were brought about through my desire to offer the experience and expertise of my one-to-one tutoring in combination with the benefits of affordable small-group learning. The 11+ exam is a very competitive one, and so being challenged by other like-minded learners and being able to maintain the same pace is much more suitable for 11+ learning than 1-2-1 tuition.
A fantastic alternative to corporate tutoring centres, I offer a personal service for you and your child. With a focus on nurture, and the very best subject knowledge, you can be assured of the optimum learning environment for your child to reach their full potential.
My 11 plus classes offer are a fantastic way for students to learn the essential 11+ grammar skills needed for the 11+ GL assessment.
The small group nature of our learning means that individuals students get the attention they require. With only 3-6 learners per class, each student can be fully supported, be allowed to flourish and benefit from learning alongside other students having the same 11+ preparation experience. You also get to share the cost of 11+ tuition!
My Experience
I am a qualified teacher, with over 15 years teaching experience in Primary education. I am most experienced in teaching Upper Key Stage Two, and therefore well experienced with 11+ requirements.
I have taught in traditional school settings, virtual schools and internationally. As well as a professional tutor, I am also a freelance content creator for online schools, writing their secondary level courses.
My 11+ knowledge is very comprehensive, and I have supported students to successfully pass their 11+ Grammar entrance exams in Warwickshire, West Midlands, Kent, Buckinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
My Qualifications
My degree is in Primary Education. I received a 2:1 from University of Wolverhampton.
My Availability
I am available for tutoring after school and during weekdays. I am also available to tutor any time during the weekdays throughout the school half terms, term and summer holidays.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £30.00 per hour
Depending on which class and Year group your child is in, my 11+ tuition ranges from £27.50 per hour to £37.50.
