Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Hannah, I am 36 and I'm an Ofsted registered Nanny and Childminder. I live near Queen's Park in Brighton with my husband and my son (aged 2).
I am a qualified Early Years Teacher and I am passionate about working with children of all ages! I am a professional, responsible, calm, creative & active person, and I love being outdoors. I enjoy providing a wide range of fun and interesting activities to suit the ages of the children in my care, including arts and crafts, cooking, day trips to local parks or the beach. As a trained Early Years Teacher I have a strong interest in early education, and would be happy to give additional help with your child/children's school work, for example help with reading or phonics.
My Experience
I have over ten years experience working with children and young people and I have worked in various childcare roles including being a sole care Nanny, Early Years Practitioner, Teaching Assistant (including working with children with additional needs), Playworker, Forest Kindergarten Practitioner and Childminder. I am lucky to have worked for 3 lovely families in Brighton during my time as a Nanny, and these roles included having sole care of the children (aged from 6 months-8 years old), cooking healthy meals, liaising with schools/nursery staff, food shopping, light household duties such as laundry and keeping the children's rooms tidy, organising activities and outings, school drop offs and pick ups, support with weaning, feeding and nap routines, arranging play dates and helping with homework.
