My Requirements

We are looking for a friendly, caring and responsible after-school nanny from 3:30-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Starting Jan 2025 exact date TBC.

Duties of the role:
You will be picking up an 8 year old girl at 3:30 or 4:30 depending on after school clubs. We are based near Finsbury Park and Arsenal tube. Our older child (age 11) will walk himself home from a local secondary school but will then need oversight at home also.

The job involves:
- 3:30 school pick-up from St Johns Highbury Vale and walk home (5 minutes)
- 4:30 school pick-up if they have attended a club
-walking children to local clubs nearby as needed
- supervision after school in our home
- preparing and giving dinner to both children
- light household chores eg: tidying and sweeping kitchen at the end of the day.
- we will be home to put them to bed

There will be the opportunity to do occasional babysitting and extra hours in school holidays if interested.

We are looking for a nanny to work in our home with:
- Good English
- Experience of looking after children of primary school age
- Excellent references
- Punctual, reliable and hard-working
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Be DBS checked and preferably hold a paediatric first aid certificate
