I live in Cowes and have 2 children. I am a qualified teacher and believe in learning through lots of play. I love Lego, sailing and generally being outside.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary teacher and have been teaching in various primary schools for 20yrs. I worked in a preschool with 2-4yr olds for nearly 4yrs. This is a very rewarding job, observing and playing with children to progress their skills in exploring the world around them. With younger children I love using sign language through songs and nursery rhymes, this is a great skill for them to learn and for children with communication difficulties it can be an insight into their understanding. I have babysat for many families from a few months old to teenagers, some families I have babysat for a few years and seen the children grow. I enjoy playing quiet games before bed and then reading stories to help settle them. I have taught all years in a primary school and currently I teach Year 6. I am usually available for any adhoc or regular babysitting in the evenings or weekends. Summer 2024 I am away 30th July to 7th August.

- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Babysitting fees include travel and will be rounded up to the next 15mins. Minimum 2hrs. After midnight I charge £15 per hour.
