About Me

Dear Family,

Hello there! I am a 28 year old female. I was born and brought up in London by my Maltese mother and Nigerian father. Family has always been very important to me and my family and we have always been very close. I fully understand Maltese and can speak it on a basic level. I have a Bachelors degree in English Language and Linguistics. I have a paediatrics first aid certificate and DBS as well as a considerable amount of experience working with children; as a babysitter, a childminders assistant and a teaching assistant and have thoroughly enjoyed it all. The past couple of years I have been in part time training to become a psychotherapist. I have one last year to go. I am very keen to continue nannying/babysitting throughout the rest of my studies.

My Experience

I worked abroad (in Paris) during my gap year before university, in a children's camp (PGL Travel: 11-16 year olds). Getting to have so much fun, living and working with the children through conducting countless activities, it made for a wonderful 6 months that I worked there.
I was then a teaching assistant in a private girls primary school (4-11 year olds) and thereafter as a childminding assistant (0-5 year olds).

Alongside studying in recent years I have nannied babies (2 months - 18 months olds) ranging from 3 hour shifts to 14 hour shifts, including night nannying. I have also looked after a 6, 10 and 15 year old - helping support their needs alongside play.

I'm currently looking for temporary roles.
