Childcare provider for reception age child.

Due to working commitments over the school holidays I had been looking for a flexible yet professional childcare provider I could trust to take care of my 5 year old daughter.
I was so pleased when I found Venessa and Home from Home Childcare.
My daughter has anxiety issues and I very rarely leave her with anyone other than family, so didn't think I would ever find a setting that she would be comfortable in.
Venessa has a wonderful nature and has the perfect setting for any child, her ability to make children feel as ease is amazing. Plus there are none stop, interesting and educational activities as well as time for my daughter to choose different aspects of play that interests her.
I was so happy with the on going communication from Venessa - she was able to update me re my daughters day electronically and give me all the information I needed as a parent so I had no concerns.
What was really lovely about the setting was Venessa's own children. As I have used the setting during holiday time her own children where also at home and are a credit to her and her husband. Beautifully behaved and played really well with my daughter- so much so she now can't wait for her next visit.
If you are looking for a trustworthy professional childminder with a beautiful, clean setting then look no further. I can not recommend Venessa highly enough.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

Both my children attend Home from Home with Vanessa. My children can be quite clingy and at first I was worried about moving them to a new setting for this reason but Vanessa made this process so calm and easy. She build up relationships with both of my children from the moment they met. She found out their likes and dislikes and used this information to make their first drop off as happy as possible. Vanessa welcomed both my children with open arms and gained their trust from day one. She consistently makes sure they know what they will be doing during the day and what they are doing next. Her calm and caring nature is evident within the setting as soon as the children are welcomed in and both my children love their time with her. Vanessa really has created a home from home setting and both my children are so settled and happy after only a few weeks. I look forward to hearing all about their day through my children when I pick them up and also through the daily diary Vanessa produces each day.
