About Me
My name is MIchelle Gadsdon. I have been a Ofsted Registered Childminder since January 1997. I am a member of PACY and my daughter is registered as my assistant starting 01/02/22 I am Police Checked, so do not hold a DBS. My Ofsted registration certificate is proof of my suitability to be registered.
I have two children born 1994 and 1999, a granddaughter. Various pets, presently a cat and fish.
I am based in Lee SE12 between Lee and Grove Park rail stations on 261 bus route backing on to Northbrook park.
I aim to provide a safe happy home from home learning environment where children from all backgrounds will be made to feel welcome and will be well cared for. I wish for minded children to have the same care that I would want my own children to have had.
I am a registered provider for 2yr, 3yr & 4yr old 15hr universal funding and 30hr extended funding.
My Experience
Life experience as mother to two daughters and aunt to my sisters two sons.
28yrs. experience providing home-based childcare. Previously I worked in Banking (personnel / admin) commuting into London.
I have been a support childminder & was a Lewisham Network Childminder up until its closure in October 2011 due to council budget cuts.

I have attended many various training courses during my childminding career, certificates are available to view. I am committed to my ongoing professional development.

My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
Day rate or hourly.
Term time only contracts a retainer of 1/4 weekly rate during school holidays.
Fees are payable in respect to all non attendance and if a contracted day falls on a Bank Holiday.
No fee due if I am unable to provide a service due to my holiday or sickness
All fees are paid in advance.
Extra charge imposed if child is collected later than contracted collection time.
Fees include toddler groups, snacks & meals but does not include baby formula milk or nappies. Parents are asked to pay for special trips out to zoo/cinema etc.
