About Me
I am a writer with a flexible schedule! My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and my postgraduate degree is in the arts. I am energetic and love a wide variety of sports and activities from tennis to skiing to running. I love coming up with creative activities for children and have experience from new-borns to teenagers. I'm looking to find a part time role with a family that can be temporary or last for a few years if the circumstances align for us both.
My Experience
My most recent experience as a childminder was for children between the ages of 3 and 13, however I have experience of babysitting and taking care of children from about 4 months old to teenage years. I have a nephew who is currently 4 months and I have a lot of experience with this age range. I have worked in day schools as a classroom assistant and in boarding schools as a sports coach and pastoral care help.
My Qualifications
I have a BSc (hons) in Psychology from the University of Reading, a Creating Writing Diploma from the University of Oxford, and am currently working towards a Master in Fine Arts in Creative Writing at the University of St. Andrews.
My Availability
Currently I am looking for a part time role, however with the right family I would be willing to be pretty flexible with my schedule.
