About Me
My name is Debi and I am an Ofsted registered Childminder who lives in Woodmancote with my husband and 2 children. I offer children a wide range of activities to promote learning through play. I have an enclosed garden and we also have trips out to the parks, local toddler groups, childminder drop ins and library. I can do drop offs to Woodmancote Primary school and Little Chestnuts preschool.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder since 2006. I am also a mum to a 19yr old boy and 16yr old girl. I am a member of the National Childminding Association (NCMA) and have completed the NCMA Quality first program to level 3. I am accredited by Gloucestershire County Council to accept the Free 2, 3 & 4 yr old funding. I am inspected by OFSTED and have regular visits from a childminding coordinator. I meet regularly with the Bishops Cleeve and Woodmancote childminders so can usually offer holiday and sickness cover with another childminder well know by the child.
My Qualifications
CACHE level 3 Diploma in Home-based Childcare (Grade A)
St John Ambulance - Early Years First Aid
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (with credit)
I have also attended various training sessions and workshops - details on request.
My Availability
Prospectus available on request.
Children are welcome from birth as long as vacancies are available to comply with ratios. Where vacancies are not available a child's name can be added to a waiting list.
My usual opening times are between 7.30am - 5.00pm. I am flexible so should you require childcare outside these hours please enquire.
