I have worked in the childcare for the last 14 years and consider myself to be an educated and professional Nanny. I view the childcare and nanny profession to be challenging, exciting, and most of all rewarding in so many ways.
While working with children I developed very strong interest in childcare. Went to university, joined Psychology course and graduated in 2012. To fulfil my life and work demands I gained childminder qualifications with local authority and ever since I work as a childcare professional.
Am following the welfare, safeguarding and Early Years Foundation Stage. Am also up to date with KS1 and KS2.
DBS checked and First Aid training regularly refreshed ( last course February 2021).
I love working with children all ages, but I enjoy the most looking after the youngest ones. I enjoy their company immensely and find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I have great organisational and communication skills.
All my employers, including my present employer, have been happy with my work and have often complemented me on my expertise in taking care of young children.
I have a friendly and pleasing manner and enjoy working with others.
