Emma has been brilliant. From the moment we walked in to her house we were all made to feel at home. She spent time getting to know our daughter during the settle sessions, ensuring that come her first proper day, she was happy to go across. Since then we have loved seeing our daughter being so happy and confident in Emma’s care. She is happy to go across each morning, even running to get her shoes when I say it’s time to go to Emma’s! Emma is informative about what they do each day and keeps you in the loop if you have any concerns, worries or just fyi’s in the morning. I have loved receiving pictures of what they have been up to each day and the art work and items for special occasions have been really lovely and shown that thought has gone into them. I loved that Emma takes them out, giving them the experience of different playgroups, parks etc. It is clear Emma knows our daughter so well, being able to talk about her little quirks, and shows a real love and care for her. It is with a heavy heart we are moving on from Emma’s care but we can’t thank her enough for making our daughter feel so welcome and allowing her to have the best start to childcare!

Emma has been looking after my son, Harry, after school and during the holidays for well over a year now, and long may it continue!
Harry couldn't be happier, he absolutely loves going there and adores Emma. They are often out and about on fun adventures visiting parks and farms and beaches, which he takes great delight in telling me all about after with a huge smile on his face.
Emma also provides fun and stimulating pastimes in a dedicated play area as well as a very homely and warm family environment, Often, Harry refers to Emma and her children as his 'other family', which as a parent is a wonderful thing to hear, knowing that he feels happy, safe and content whilst I am working is a blessing, I can just get on without any worry or doubt.
In terms of professionalism and communication of her services, I simply cannot fault her. She is extremely helpful and flexible when it comes to working around my schedule and is always available to talk to. I get very regular oral reports regarding his progress with her, as well as receiving photo messages during the day every now and then of a very happy Harry having fun or showcasing something he has created.
Emma is always available and happy to discuss Harry if I have any questions or requests and I have complete faith and trust in her when it comes to my son's safety and well-being.
Simply put, Emma is a an absolute Godsend and I just don't know what I would do without her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone without hesitation.

Emma had my little boy from 12 months old for 6 months, he absolutely loved going to Emma's, she has a lovely play room with lots of toys and things to do and a lovely big garden to play in in the warmer weather, he went to baby groups so wasnt just indoors he got out and about with other children too, archie regularly come home with pictures and occasions cards for ie Christmas mothers day ect which was so lovely, I was always kept up to date with his progress with reports of what hes been doing stages and milestones he was at and or working towards, emma was very accommodating to my work hours very friendly and professional, would highly recommend her :) thank you so much.
