My Summary
About Me
I have a natural affinity with children and they are the centre of my job's satisfaction. My love for children is demonstrated in my large extended family. I am married and have three birth children and three adopted children who are all now adults and are living in their own homes. This love for children has lead me in the past to become a foster carer. Outside of childcare I love to cook and create things, this triples the excitement for myself and the children when engaged in activities.
I am have recently had my Ofsted inspection and was graded Outstanding (1). I work with two NVQ Level 3 qualified assistants, this enables the children to have a key worker although we work together. My senior assistant brings a wealth of experience with two years experience in a private and well established nursery in Dulwich. The advantages of us working together are many, as we are able to offer different activities for each group of children.
I have 2 large rooms which are designated for childcare and a large secure garden with appropriate toys. We also visit local parks, playgroups and libraries etc.
The setting also has Grade 5 Food Safety accreditation.
I can pickup from Fairlawn and St Francesca Cabrini Primary schools.
My Experience
I have done voluntary work in a nursery for a year. I have also gained an enormous amount of experience with children via fostering babies and children up to aged 11. These experiences have over the years formed the foundation to the way I nurture and care for children each day.
My Qualifications
I am a graduate in Psychology and I also have a CACHE NVQ level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development. I have also completed the following courses:

I am available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm; and I have full time as well as part time places.
