About Me
Hi, my name is Diana and I live in Grove Park, a 2 minute walk from Marvel’s Lane Primary School. I am OFSTED registered with over 20 years of experience as a childminder. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
I live with my husband, two of my three older children and a bubbly 3 year old boy who we have recently adopted.
Children will love regular music sessions, arts and crafts, indoor as well as outdoor games in the garden, having responsibilities such as feeding fish and much more. The kids have lots of space to play and run around and look forward to coming to my home. I regularly take children out to explore e.g. park, library, farm and museum visits. With younger children we often visit local groups for babies and toddlers, and for older children I offer help with homework and 11+ tests.
I accept childcare vouchers, offer tax-free childcare, and 30 hours free childcare for eligible children. I hold a full drivers licence (although we are mostly local and walk!)
All children are warmly welcomed and are encouraged to embrace their cultures. They become a part of a family. I liaise closely with parents and am very approachable. Some children I used to look after years ago and their parents are still in contact and still pop around occasionally to say hi!
My Experience
My experience is with children of all ages and includes running a popular after-school club for children over the age of 5, working in nurseries across London caring for the needs of those under 5, and childminding/babysitting children including those with special educational needs and developmental delay. This has given me so many opportunities to learn how best to cater to the needs of each child as an individual.
My Qualifications
In 2016 I completed a degree in Early Childhood Studies, a course which helped me to understand how important it is for children to be in a stimulating environment where they can be free to explore through play and learning.

My Availability
I offer pick and drop services from nearby schools and nurseries, and full and part-time childminding during term-time and holidays. I work Monday – Friday 7am-7pm, and am a friendly, flexible worker offering affordable childcare so don't hesitate to ask, and come and visit my setting!

Diana looked after my son from the age of 2 months and she was a God send. She was professional, loving and treated my son like he was her own.
She has a very nurturing character and my son took to Diana very easily. I would recommend every parent I know to use Diana for all their childcare needs, they will not be disappointed. Diana created fun activities for my son even at a young age to aid in his development so he could reach his milestones with ease. We can't thank Diana enough for the time we had her and we know every parent who uses her will feel exactly the same.

Diana looked after my daughter for two years and I recommend her with all my heart. She has amazing personality and positive attitude.
My daughter enjoyed Diana's family, homemade good food and nice environment. She developed incredibly well during the time spent in Diana's care.
Diana offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and this helped my daughter to develop skills and to act with confidence in any circumstances.
Well done Diana. keep going with what you are doing as you leave a positive impact in children's life.

Diana looked after my son in the mornings and afternoons for over a year up until the lockdown when I was living near Grove Park. As a former stay at home mother of +15 years she was the first time I had ever used a childminder. I quickly realised I had made a good choice as she is a lovely woman who is warm and great with the kids she looks after. She even used to help my son with his reading! I only stopped using her services due to the lockdown and then moving back toTower Hamlets. If I ever need another childcare provider I hope to find someone similar. Absolutely recommended.

5 stars are not enough for Diana. She deserves 100 stars because she is an amazing person with a positive attitude and plenty of energy.
Her house is spacious, always clean and full of toys. Her family is friendly and my daughter became part of it.
Diana gives my daughter the freedom to explore and to enjoy art and craft session and a lot of indoor and outdoor activities.
Moreover, Diana is offering the kids a variety of healthy meals during the day.
She is flexible with my work time and she is everything I need for my daughter because their bonding is special and my daughter loves her.

Our daughtter has been in Diana's care and is thriving with her. Diana is a caring and energetic person. Her setting is amazing, the children have a huge space to play and learn with all the activities she provides. Moreover, Diana has been helpful and flexible with my changing schedule at work. We couldn't be happier!

5 stars for Diana, so lovely and cares for my children a lot. Not only does Diana look after my children very well she also applies good education. Her home is very child friendly, my children say they always have fun at Diana’s and enjoy their time there.
