About Me
Hi my name is Louise I'm an Ofsted registered childminder. My last Ofsted visit was in 2024, I was rated as GOOD. I live in Bedworth with my three children and my husband. I have been childminding since march 2011 and really enjoy it. I get to provide children with a happy, fun, safe and homely setting. I have found childminding a really exciting job to have as every child brings something different to my setting and its great to watch them learn and grow whilst in my care. I am a very caring person and love to see the children I care for happy it is a very rewarding job. I like to get the children out and about, we attend playgroups most mornings, which is great for children to interact with others. We do lots of home activities too such as baking, painting, reading, role play, arts and crafts and walks to the park etc. I have a playroom with lots of toys to help keep the children engaged and entertained and also a good sized garden for outdoor fun. My Experience
I provide a comfortable homely setting where children feel happy and safe. This home based sort of environment suits many children rather then a nursery especially the very young children and also many parents may feel more comfortable with a smaller setting. I attend courses which keep me up to date with what is expected of me as a childcare provider. I am very confident in my job working with children and their families as I have been working as a childminder for 14 years now.
My Qualifications
I have completed all the courses I am required to, to become a childminder. I am also first aid trained and trained in child protection which I update every 3 years. I have been DBS checked. I keep up to date with any changes regarding the EYFS and any new policies and procedures that may come into place.

Louise is a very good childminder. My little man loved her. He was only 10 months old when Louise started childminding him and my little boy settled in very well and always enjoyed going.

My two children have been looked after by Louise since she started childminding. She has always been kind and caring to the boys and treats them as though they are part of the family.
I cannot fault Louise, she is flexible, reliable and available at the drop of a hat. The boys enjoy spending time at her house,after school, playing with her two children.
It is so nice to know that your children are being cared for by a loving, compassionate person. Thanks for the many happy years Louise it's a pleasure to have you, Luke and the children in the boys lives. :) x

Both my son and daughter are currently cared for on a part-time basis by Louise. Louise took over the care of my children when my previous childminder went on maternity leave last year and luckily they love Louise just as much as their previous childminder and they adapted to the change very easily. Louise was a familiar face in the school playground as her son is a year younger than my son and they get on very well. Both my son and daughter absolutely love being at Louise's and are happy and very well looked after. Louise is a fantastic childminder and a lovely person you can tell she really loves her job and cares for the children in her care like she would her own. She has 2 fantastic children of her own and they get on great with other children and are quite happy to share their home with them. Louise's home is very child friendly and the children are always kept entertained in a variety of ways. Louise always ensures that the children are happy and relaxed and encourages them to interact with each other and to share and be kind. Your child will be very looked after in Louise's care and you will be able to leave them without having to worry. Louise will take in to account any dietary needs and religious beliefs your child may have to ensure they are comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend Louise as a childminder as she is a very genuine and caring person and this has a positive impact on the children in her care. We have actually become good friends and will continue to be when my children are grown up enough to not need her any more.
