Hi! I'm a psychology graduate who recently returned to the UK after nannying in Australia, looking for some childcare work - open to part-time or full-time!
I have 6 years of childcare experience and have always enjoyed working with kids. I’m a bubbly and reliable individual who enjoys art & outdoorsy activities, cooking , and of course having fun with your little ones.
My Experience
I have plenty of experience with ages 1-14 due to my jobs in various childcare/school settings.
Most recently I was nannying for a 1.5y/o in Australia and also helped out in a daycare for children aged 6mths - 5yrs. I’ve nannied for lots of families in London (ages ranging 1-13 years), often involving plenty of trips out and helping with home learning during COVID.
Previously I worked as an activity leader for a holiday camp and also as a teaching assistant in a primary school, so I’m full of ideas to keep your little ones entertained!
Though this was a mainstream school, I mostly worked 1:1 with SEND children (such as ASD & ADHD) so I am confident caring for children with special needs.
My Qualifications
I have a BSc psychology degree - this involved a lot of child developmental studies so I’m familiar with Montessori & other childcare frameworks.
I also have a DBS certificate.
I can provide childcare references on request.
My Availability
I am available from 24th June and have no current commitments so can be very flexible.
Open to part & full-time positions but prefer longer days (at least 4 hours). But would consider an after school role if there was more hours available during summer holidays!
I am also available weekday & weekend evenings for babysitting.
