My Requirements

We are looking for a part time nanny in Weybridge! We have 5 children, ages 8, 6, 4, 2 and 4 months and a friendly 1 year old golden retriever.

We are looking for someone who can do 2 or 3 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday with the option of doing one more day. Hours 830-630 (some flex on exact start / finish times).

The role will primarily be looking after the youngest 2 children as the older 3 are in school. You would also be required to do school pick up and school holiday care for the older children.

We are looking for a positive, energetic and nurturing individual who thrives in a busy (and slightly chaotic!) environment. Prior experience with big families and babies is preferred. You'll need to be happy working closely with Mum while the baby is still little, and also confident in independently planning the activities for the day for the 2 year old and baby during the day and the older children in the holidays.

There is a structure/routine in place but autonomy is given to the nanny to plan the day's activities, school runs, outdoor activities, some playdates/playgroups, and a mixture of indoor activities like crafts, sensory play, baking etc. The role will include preparing all meals for the children and ensuring their uniform/kit is ready for school the next day. The nanny will need to tidy up after the children (toys, run the dishwasher, childrens bedrooms/laundry etc).
