About Me
Hi, I am a childminder working with an assistant in Saintfield.
We are registered with SEHSCT. We hold up to date First Aid, Health and Safety and Child Protection training.
Our settings policies and procedures are based on The Minimum Standards for Childminding & Day Care for Children Under Age 12.
We follow all the Nutrition Matters, Public Health Agency and Health and Safety guidance.,
Our aim:
To provide an inclusive caring home from home environment were each child can thirive, feel valued and loved.
To provide a professional service that parents can depend on.
In our setting the children use all areas of my home however we also have a dedicated playroom, an extensive range of equipment and activities to suit all ages and stages, a dedicated sleep room and lots of outdoor space .
We attend local toddler groups, visit Rowallane Gardens, Glasswater Wood, the library, shops, parks etc.
We provide lunch and afternoon snack for children over the age of 1 year old.

My Experience
I have been a childminder for 23 years, prior to that I was Deputy Officer in Charge of a private day nursery, a private nanny and a classroom assistant.
I have a wide and varied experience of infants and children of all ages and also children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
HNC Level 5 Advanced Practice In Working with Children and Families
NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board)
We complete personal development training courses on a regular basis.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Our fees are based on: full day care, half day care. before school or after school care. Fees are paid monthly in advance.
We are registered for tax free childcare and accept childcare vouchers.
