My Summary

My Experience

I have been working with a childminder for the past five years where I have worked with children of different ages. In this role I have had to help prepare and create activities for children to meet their development needs. Whilst working with the childminder I also took on a second job of working at a before and after school club, by being in this environment it allowed me to work with older children aged 12 years where I could help support them in the play environment as well as providing them with stimulating activities both indoors and outdoors.
Whilst at University I had a placement at Beechtree Steiner Kindergarten for three months where I worked alongside teachers in their classrooms. This placement enabled me work in an alternative educational environment where my experience grew as well as my knowledge for a type of education. On weekends and other free days I have taken on the role of working as a nanny with a child who is two years of age, and in my current job I work one to one with a child of eighteen months who has Down syndrome.

My Availability

I am looking for four/ five full days from around 7.30am to 6pm.
