My name is Megan Williams. Mum to a 2 month year old boy As of September, I will be attending open university with the intention of achieving my BA in primary education.
I have a passion for working with children and have geared my studies and work experience to enable me to continue my career in this sector.
I worked as a classroom support assistant for 3 years at a special needs school in Loughborough which was awarded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted two years in a row.
I worked with children aged 5-7 with various learning difficulties and backgrounds

During the two years, I have been working as a supply member of staff at a variety of schools around Nottingham and Derby. This was either on a 1-1 basic or as a teaching assistant.
On requested I am able to provide an online up to date DBS check.
Although 21 years of age I have a mature attitude with a calm, encouraging and positive manner. I am confident that I will not only be an effective role model for your child, but also someone who can communicate effectively and sensitively in order to meet their needs.

My Qualifications
I have attended different training sessions; including safeguarding, MAKATON, inhaler, moving and handling, team teach, Epi pen and have an understanding of epilepsy.
