Farnaz has been a full time nanny with us for a year , joining when my little boy was 7 months old.
She is calm, attentive and extremely nurturing and we all love her. Going back to work after maternity leave was hard and Farnaz was a real life saver, not only making sure my baby is happy, but also doing some small things around the house, initiating things she saw needed attention and flexible if we had any time changes and special requests.
Over time Farnaz became like a third grown-up family member and we trust her completely with our child. Any parent would be very lucky to have her in their children's lives.
Please don't hesitate to approach me for questions and personal references.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Farnaz as a caring, natural, and responsive nanny. We have known her since my son was four months old (he’s now 13 months) and he responded extremely well to her from the beginning, possibly even napping and eating better with her than he did with us! Farnaz has excellent instincts and can recognize and respond to the baby’s signals very well. She never lets him get overtired or hungry and is very attentive in the wakeful periods with the right balance of calmness and fun. She takes him for walks, to the park, and to music/play groups but also recognizes when he may need an at-home day: playing, singing, and having cuddles while avoiding overstimulation.
Farnaz keeps in touch via text regularly during the day and I have not been more comfortable leaving my baby in any other nanny’s care. And we tried out quite a few nannies, sometimes through expensive agencies. Since Farnaz started I have been able fully concentrate on work without being preoccupied, knowing that my baby is not wanting for anything.
She is equally attentive with older children, interested in their learning and developmental milestones, and creating fun games to stimulate and teach them.
Her English is very good, she's highly intelligent, and a pleasure to have in our home.
