We had only employed Fllazna for a short-term, between me starting work and my mom coming to stay with us to look after our daughter. And although, we're looking forward to my mom coming, we are so sad to be saying good-bye to Fllanza.
Fllanza has been the most wonderful nanny we could ask for. My daughter absolutely loves her. She's warm and caring but not a push-over. She's accommodating with when she arrives and leaves, and has not complained any time that I've been late. In fact, when she arrives in the mornings, my daughter will stretch out of my arms to go to her!
We hope that even though we're moving a bit far out, that Fllanza can still occasionally look after my daughter, just because I know that she will miss her so much.

Fllanza is very friendly and kind. She has been taking care of my little boy for a few months now and has a good rapport with him. She’s been very flexible and understanding with my inconsistent work schedule, and only ever too happy to help.
