I am currently full.
My name is Abi, I am a childminder in Church Crookham with spaces available. I live with my husband Gareth and our 2 children, Ava (3) and Owen (9 months). We are well set up at home with plenty of space for children to play inside and outside.
As my daughter Ava currently attends Christ Church preschool I can easily drop off and collect from here as well as from Crookham Infant School.
My Experience
I have now been working as a childminder for 3 years. Previous to this I have 11 years worth of experience working with children as a Primary School Teacher. During this time I have specialised in the Early Years age range so have spent most of my time working with children aged 0-5. During my time as a teacher I have worked in day nurseries, children's centres and both Infant and Primary schools. I am now a registered childminder which allows me to continue with the career I love whilst caring for my own children.
My Qualifications
I have a Postgraduate Certificate of Education specialising in the Early Years and a BA Hons. degree. I have also taken part in many other training opportunities throughout my career which have further developed my skills to care for children.
