About Me
Hi Hello? My name is Lerisha an Early Years Practitioner the proud founder of Tiny Buds Childcare which is an Ofsted registered Childminding setting located in the Podsmead area of Gloucester.
I also a proud mother of 4 and a wife. I enjoy going to church and spending time with the family God has blessed me with, teaching and leading them by example, so that they can be happy, loved, healthy, and wise individuals that has a positive impact in a modern day society.
The same energy that is encouraged in my own children is the same energy that is encouraged in all children that walk through my doors.
I am a down to earth and friendly person that engages in conversations with anyone. I enjoy learning about other people and their culture and community. I watch some TV usually movies but tend to fall asleep half way through?. I really like nature and enjoy walks in the woodlands on lovely sunny days.
Finally i enjoy my job. I get excited to see children learning, developing, growing, happy and enjoying themselves. I feel so honoured to know that I can add, adapted and enhance on what parents are already doing at home??.
My Experience
Over 19 years experience working in childcare.
All my adult working life has been in the early years sector and in a afterschool club.
My purpose is to dedicate my skills to what i love and do what a love with great depth.

I can do early start from 6am, if needed for parents early shifts.
