About Me
Hi,I am an Ofsted registered childminder with a grading of “Good” on my last inspection. I am insured with Pacey and both my husband and I have an enhanced DBS, as do my eldest children. I am married to Alistair and we have 5 children aged 16-27 years old. I have worked with adults with learning disbilities for around 15 years before taking some time out with my own children. I volunteered at our local childrens centre until a play practitioner role became available. I did this for a couple of years until i felt it was time to move on. A vacancy in a nursery became available and I started off 1-1 supporting a little girl with autism as she did her final year before she started school. I worked full time at this nursery until it became too much for my family and my own need for a different challenge. I registered as a childminder in 2016 and havent looked back! I thoroughly enjoy the opportunities of my new role, getting out and about to visit new places and meet new friends big and small. All my eldest children have an enhanced DBS and have a paediatric first aid qualification and are registered as my assistants on the rare occasion I need them.
There is NO school/preschool runs available at this time

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.75 per hour
£4.75per hour per child. Provide own packed lunch please as we sometimes have random outings and will just grab our stuff and go!

Karin had been my daughters childminder since she first opened. My daughter has throughly enjoyed every moment of her time with Karin! Karin has provided amazing care for my daughter and her many dietary and other medical needs always including her in the activities and finding an alternative to cater for her. I throughly recommend Karin to any and all families you will not be disappointed.
