I was inspected by Ofsted in November 2024, Graded Met (as i didn't have children on rollat the time). I now look after a child 2 days a week. I have been a child minder since 1999, and I live with Husband. I have two sons, 1 of which has 2 sons (28 months and 8 months), who I have once a week. I have lived on and off in Pirton for the last 49 years. I love caring for children and making sure that they are safe, secure, and happy at all times. I try very hard to make my home, a home from home experience for children. We do lots of trips out, including children's play groups, parks, and walks. I also help run a children's group on a Tuesday morning in Pirton Village Hall.

I have cared for children of all ages, I am a member of the local child minding network,
i have references are available on request from current and previous
parents
i also have 1 Ofsted registered childminder as back up in the event of an emergency.
My Qualifications
I belong to a local childminding support group.
I regularly attend courses for further professional development
My Availability
I will have part-time vacancies (Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm) from January 2025, I also can drop off and collect children from Pirton school

My 4 year old daughter has been going to Laura for 2 days a week since May 2011. My daughter moved to being minded by Laura from another minder with whom she was well established. She settled in very quickly and within days it felt like she had been going to Laura's for months. She loves going to Laura's and it definitely feels like a home away from home for her.
Laura spends a lot of time planning activities and she speaks to Pre-school to make sure she coordinates where she can. I have been extremely impressed with the amount Laura does with the children and the amount of information she gives to parents. Laura clearly cares about what she does and the children she minds.
I cannot think of a day where Natasha has come home from Laura's and not had a fun afternoon.
