My Summary
About Me
Hi there! I'm Elizabeth (known as Lily, or as children love to call me, "Lil!"), an ambitious Nanny from Bexley in Greater London with seven years of experience. I particularly love building relationships with the children in my care, I find the time I spend with them very precious, and I enjoy being with them through the laughter and the tears. Whilst being energetic and fun, I also pride myself on my knowledge and creativity, often setting up inviting and educational activities for children to engage in. I believe that regular sensory and "messy" play is great for younger children, so I'm often found getting messy with the little ones! As a Nanny, I love to explore and be outdoors in the fresh air, and enjoy taking children to a range of classes, farms, nature trails and museums to expand on their learning and development.
Furthermore, I am a reliable individual, who is trustworthy and positive. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends outside of work, as well as meeting new people and building new friendships. Not only do I love to run around with the children in my care, I have also found a new love for running in my spare time, recently signing up for my first half marathon to raise money for charity. I recently returned from travelling for 4 months around South East Asia, learning about different countries and cultures, and enjoying lots of new experiences.
Now that I'm back from my travels, I'm looking forward to becoming part of a new family, who can ideally offer roughly 35 hours per week (around 3 and a half days).
