About Me
Hi, my name is Claudia. I am bilingual in Portuguese and English, and I live in Woking with my husband and our two children, our daughter, born in 2010, and our son, born in 2013.
I provide a warm and caring environment where children can play, learn, and grow. I enjoy planning fun activities that help them develop new skills, whether it’s through creative play, outdoor adventures, or learning everyday tasks. Watching children gain confidence and reach milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
We have no pets and live in a semi detached house with a lovely garden. For more information please contact me directly
My Experience
I have been a childminder since 2017, and I love looking after children. As a parent myself, I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, happy, and supported.
I work closely with five other childminders to plan both indoor and outdoor activities. Together, we run a playgroup and a music group, giving children more opportunities to socialize and learn through play. In the summer term, we also offer forest childcare, where children explore nature, develop their independence, and gain hands-on outdoor learning experiences.
I was graded Good in my last Ofsted inspection, which reflects my commitment to providing high-quality care. I also work closely with parents to ensure their children receive the best support. Childminding is more than just a job to me! it’s something I truly enjoy and take pride in.

My girls both loved going to Claudia's. Everyday was something new - she would take them to exciting places and organise lots of fun and educational activities.
Claudia also makes sure there are healthy snacks available and was always happy to be flexible to help support me.
We will all miss her 🙏

My two daughters attended Claudia's setting for two years and they had an amazing time with adventurous days. Claudia takes the kids to many places such as parks, lakes, playgrounds and kids groups. Every day they learn something new and she prepares them for school by teaching them letters, numbers and many more things. I would highly recommend Claudia. The girls will miss them!

Claudia is caring, kind, organised and passionate about childminding. It was hard leaving my seven-month baby initially, but soon I realised how loving Claudia took care of Nieve, which put me at ease. They were always out and about and did fun activities. Claudia was thoughtful in acknowledging special days. Claudia is professional, understanding, flexible and communicative towards parents. Claudia has kind and gentle children who gave Nieve loads of attention. Her house is spotless and child-oriented, with fun and stimulating toys. I am Dutch, and we are not afraid to be critical, but I have no points of improvement for Claudia whatsoever. She is the perfect childminder. Due to moving, we had to leave Claudia, which was very unfortunate. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for child care and wish we still had her living around our corner.

My daughter was with Claudia for 3 months and she really enjoyed being at the setting and with the other children who Claudia cared for. They went for walks in the morning and great afternoon activities such as crafts or educational activities. Claudia is a wonderful childminder and very caring and attentive. Thank you Claudia :-)

My son started with Claudia when he was 10 months old. When I walked out of Claudia's door after dropping my son there, I knew he was in the best hands. Claudia's children also welcomes my son into their home. I was also assured that my son was learning and developing really well during his time with Claudia. Claudia worked very hard to ensure that the children had a healthy and safe atmosphere to develop in. She went out of her way to celebrate special occasions and events. I am grateful and appreciative of the service Claudia and the warmth her family offered us for a period of nearly 2 years. Wish you all the very best!

My son was with Claudia for 2 years and he thoroughly enjoyed being at the setting. She always had a great routine with morning activities / group outings and afternoon naps which my son always needed as he is so active. Claudia has fantastic crafty ideas and garden toys/equipment to keep them all busy whatever the weather. Thanks for your great service Claudia :)

Claudia looked after my son when my childminder was on holiday. She always give me a peace of mind. She is kind, lovely and very thoughtful. My son loves her very much. Definitely highly recommended!

Claudia took care of my kids very nicely.. They really had a good time with her as my elder one was asking to visit her again.
Also I needed someone to look after them in emergency, She said yes and I was able to attend my appointments freely without worrying. I would definitely recommend Claudia to anyone who is looking for a childminder .

Wonderful childminder, took great care of our children and my children loved spending time with her.
Claudia is flexible, trustworthy and does lots of fun activities to keep the children entertained while educating them along the way. My husband and I both work in London and knowing our children were with Claudia gave us both great peace of mind.

Claudia has been the cover when my childminder is on holiday. She is great all around, with flexibility, the care she provides and the great lunch she cooks.
My daughter didn't want to leave when she was picked up.
