I have 20+ years exp. in childcare. I have worked in many roles within Childrens centres ranging from keyworker to managerial roles.
I have extensive experience working with children with additional/special needs. I have excellent leadership skills ,common sense and can make executive decisions, working well under presure.
I have supported families with setting and following routines, also with seting boundaries.
I have been a Nanny since the beginning of 2011 working with various families with children ranging from ages 6 months to pre-teens. I usually take on a nanny housekeeper roles as I like variety and have looked after family pets too
