My Experience

I have worked with children for 13 years, starting in a nursery which had an age range of 6 months - 5 years old. After 2 and half years I then went on to become a nanny for a family with 3 children and I worked them for 6 and half years. They have twin boys who were 6 months when I started and their sister was 3. Following on from this family I went on to provide wrap around care for a family with two children for little over a year.

During this time my roles included weaning, potty training, seeing them through their first days at nursery and school. I was responsible for taking them to different clubs, activities and ensuring they had everything they need to grow and develop. Alongside this, I run the day to day household responsibilities such as food shopping, preparing meals for the children and a family meal for the weekend, birthday and christmas shopping, help organise parties, attend school meetings, organising the children's appointments and playdates and the general upkeep of the house.

3 years ago I became a teacher working in both reception and year 1.

I am now looking for some evening babysitting jobs throughout the holidays and weekends.

My Qualifications

NVQ levels 2 and 3 in childcare
Bachelors degree in Early years teaching and learning with Honours.
QTS teaching

My Availability

I am available Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and between 6.30pm - late. Quite flexible but will need to be discussed.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
