Hi I'm esther I'm a registered childminder and have a after school club for telford infants and juniors ,cubbington primary and olst cubbington I'm a mum of 5 and love my job I’ve been registered since 2006 and believe every child should be treated like an individual.

I have a level 3 nvq in childcare a level 3 management qualification in childcare with safeguarding level 2 first aid level 3 and food hygiene allergy certificate behaviour management prevent duty and channel awareness training .
